Very spacious place and we were given three beds in addition to the predicted two. Staff had been very pleasant and accommodationing. Breakfast was excellent as well as the pub had a good atomsphere and outdoors seating area was awesomePlace was seriously superior for us, limited wander right down to the marina/outlets along with a park just above
